SWC is continually evaluating the benefits to our customers of our obtaining ISO-9000 registration . We have actively taken the initial steps needed for registration by documenting all manufacturing procedures and operations. We continue to evaluate what additional benefits actual registration will provide for our customers. When these benefits outweigh registration costs and the loss of flexibility caused by ISO registration, we will proceed with registration.

Many of our larger, ISO-900 Certified customers have requested that we not become ISO certified ourselves.  They like the flexibility that we have to meet unusual needs and requests, and the speed with which we meet these requests.  We easily allow them to meet their ISO requirements by supplying quality products and services to them and by supplying a Certificate of Analysis with each product shipment.  We often supply audits of our plant and procedures to our ISO customers to help them maintain their ISO Certifications.
