Plant Facilities

Our manufacturing and warehouse areas currently have over 55,000 square feet under roof. Four separate manufacturing areas are maintained in three buildings. The plant is located on a fourteen-acre site with access to a CSX rail line. Liquid bulk storage capacity is over 180,000 gallons. Our current facilities will support 100% growth with a minimum of additional equipment and personnel.

All of our buildings are curbed for spill containment.  Floor drains empty into pits so that any spilled materials can be contained and treated prior to discharge to sewer.  The pits do not have drains, so accidental discharge is not possible.

We have a truck scale on-site for weighing tank trucks before they are dispatched to customers.  This insures that we know the weight of product being shipped and can confirm it meets our customer's requirements prior to shipment.  Weight tickets accompany every shipment and every invoice for bulk deliveries.

Our manufacturing plant is located close to a number of North-South and East-West Interstate highways.  This insures prompt deliveries of product to our customers with minimum shipment times.
