History and Background
Southern Water Consultants, Inc.
was started in 1989 by Dr. John P. Peters. Dr. Peters has a Ph.D. in organic
chemistry from Georgia Tech. He has over thirty years of experience in the
water treatment industry. Dr. Peters began his career in Atlanta, GA
with a regional water treatment
company. In 1976, he relocated to Decatur, Alabama. Since its
inception in 1989, SWC has grown, and
continues to grow, at a steady rate.
