Sales Policies
All SWC formulations and products are sold on a
non-exclusive basis.
All contract-manufactured and/or toll-blended
products are manufactured on an exclusive basis for a specific customer and are
not sold by SWC to any other customers without express, written agreement with
the owner of the product or formulation.
Payment terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.
Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on past due accounts.
All prices are quoted FOB SWC’s shipping point. In
certain cases SWC may prepay and add freight charges to an invoice, or we may
choose to quote a delivered price to specific customer accounts.
SWC reserves
the right to equalize freight rates for bulk shipments made from alternate
shipping points.
Volume discounts to specific customer accounts or to
multiple customer accounts can be negotiated. Please consult our Sales Manager
or Sales Coordinator.
Technical application consulting and technical
conference calls are available by phone from our technical staff. On site
technical assistance is not normally provided, but can be arranged under special
circumstances. Sales training in product selection and application is available
upon request.
All resellers must market under their own product
labels. Labels can be provided by the reseller or SWC’s standard reseller labels
can be used. Blind, third-party bills-of lading are provided to protect your
product sourcing from your customers and competitors.
Customers must provide all applicable state resale
tax exemption certificates and submit a completed credit application prior to
shipment of any orders. All credit applications are subject to acceptance by
SWC.
