Policies - Product Samples

SWC will provide samples at no cost to customers and prospects for testing and field evaluation. Normal sample size is 8 ounces. Larger or smaller sample sizes are available under special circumstances.

To request product samples, please print the Sample Request Form, list the product samples you wish to receive, and fax the request to our plant.

Samples (4 oz. or 2 oz) are normally shipped via UPS ground delivery at our expense. Overnight shipment is available for most products, but we request that the customer pay the shipping and delivery charges. For samples larger than 16 ounces, we also request that the customer be responsible for shipping and delivery charges.

For short product trials and evaluations, 5-gallon samples may be purchased at half price. Be certain this price is confirmed with our Order Entry Department or with our Customer Service Department before orders are placed for the products.

Please inquire as to the cost of shipping international of samples to areas outside the United States.

Please use fresh samples for product evaluations. The approximate shelf life of our primary products is shown below:

SWC offers standard sample kits to facilitate ordering samples of our most commonly used products. In addition to these kits, you may order individual samples of our products using the attached Sample Request Form. Simply copy the form, indicate your sample needs, and fax the form to our Order Entry Department.
