Strength of Business

SWC’s greatest business strengths are our technical and manufacturing knowledge and the technical support and backup we offer to our customers.  We differ from competitive contract manufacturers and blenders in part because of our expertise and experience in the areas of waste treatment and potable water treatment.  We are a basic manufacturer of aluminum chlorhydrate and polyaluminum chloride.  We have over 120 potable water polymer/inorganic coagulant blends and over 100 potable water corrosion inhibitors certified by NSF International.  Other new product certifications are pending.  We are also very experienced in product formulation for boiler water, cooling water, defoamers, paper chemicals, and process chemicals.  One of our major strengths is our ability to develop and produce products for nearly any application our customers may find or develop in a wide variety of product lines.

Our customers frequently comment that we adjust our products and services to meet their needs, rather than insist that they follow set policies that do not meet their individual company needs.

SWC does not have minimum order quantities or requirements.  We fill orders as received, from six-gallon pails to bulk tank truck shipments.  Except for a few standard products, all orders are manufactured as they are placed.  Normal shipping time is 2-3 days after receipt of order.

Southern Water Consultants, Inc. has only a minimal direct sales force. From our beginning, we have invested heavily in plant facilities and manufacturing equipment.  We have purposely limited our direct sales to end-user customers to avoid possible conflicts with our blending and manufacturing customers, distributors, and resellers.
